These terms cover how hire bookings, deliveries and collections work with Melflora Eventi, and where responsibility sits between us and the person placing the order.
Stretch tents, tiffany chairs, trestle tables, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cake stands, fairy lights, drapery, dance floors, mobile bars and catering warmers. Each listing states size, finish, quantity available and setup notes. Items are hired for a defined event window, not sold, and remain our property throughout.
A quote list is not a booking. Availability is confirmed once you accept the quote and we reply in writing with the delivery and collection schedule. Transport costs depend on venue distance and access, and are confirmed before the date is locked in.
You provide accurate venue details, surface type and access times. Equipment must be kept under cover where the setup notes require it, and side panels used on exposed sites. Loss, breakage or missing items after the return count are charged at replacement value.
Staffed setup crews are arranged for larger functions. We may decline or adjust a rigging plan if the ground cannot be anchored safely, if wind conditions on the day make a stretch tent unsafe, or if power for catering warmers is not available as specified.
We are responsible for delivering the items listed in the confirmed schedule. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, venue access problems or third-party suppliers, nor for indirect losses such as a changed programme or guest numbers.
Guest counts and layouts can be adjusted up to the cut-off stated in your confirmation, subject to stock. Cancelling after the crew and transport are scheduled may still carry the costs already committed. Terms for any deposit or refund are set out in writing with your quote.
We may update these terms as our catalogue and service change. The version in force is the one published when your booking is confirmed, and it governs that hire. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
