For peak Saturdays between October and March, four to six weeks gives the best choice of tiffany chairs, stretch tents and linen. Smaller weekday functions can often be arranged with two weeks' notice, but side panels and staffed setup crews are the first items to run short.

Adjustments are normal while your guest list firms up. Chair and table counts can move up to a week before delivery, subject to stock. Crockery, cutlery and glassware are packed in crates, so changes are easiest in full crate multiples rather than single pieces.
Breakage and missing-item terms are explained before you confirm, not after. Counts are checked on collection, and the agreed terms are written into your quote so there is a clear record. We would rather flag this early than surprise you once the event is over.
Both options exist. Stretch tents and dance floors need a trained crew because of rigging and anchoring. Chairs, tables and table settings can be delivered stacked for self-setup, or added to a staffed crew for larger functions where you would rather not manage it yourself.
