When you submit a quote list or contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue town and the items you selected, such as stretch tents, tiffany chairs or catering warmers. Any message you type is stored with the request so our team can reply with availability and transport details.
Our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical details: browser type, device, approximate region, pages viewed and the filters you apply by event type or guest count. This helps us see which catalogue sections are used most and where the quote process slows down. It is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies keep your quote list intact while you browse between product pages and remember basic preferences. Analytics cookies measure traffic and form submissions. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the catalogue will still load, but your saved list may reset between visits.
We use your details to confirm stock for your date, prepare a delivery and collection schedule, and answer questions about setup crews, side panels or generator hire. We do not sell your information. Requests are kept only as long as needed for the booking and for our accounting records.
